Lost Spirits
Maybe we are lost spirits that want to find their way home.
Death is like home - the start and the finish line.
Life and death are not so different, much like brother and sister.
There is no reason to worry, we are brought home anyway.
In life however, we want a home, too. A place of peace and happiness.
Where shall we go and what should we do in order to find that place?
There are all sorts of "drugs" and "religions" to please the need,
but any child, beggar and primitive knows that the most essential in life
can neither be found in a book nor in a pill.
The most sick people know that health alone does not give them peace.
The richest people know that wealth alone does not give them happiness.
We all want to find the place that is no place at all.
