An ode to angels

When i was young,
at the age of three,
i wanted to go out,
and to explore.

I wanted to climb the highest ladder
right into the sky,
thought there would be heaven above
and i would see angels with my own eye.

After a few years I had to figure out,
there's no heaven above
just hell on earth
it led me through this mess,
which is called my life.

Now my soul's bleeding
deep wounded
and with big horrid scars.

But now i can see those angels
like unicorns
I've always been waiting for
they're everywhere,
they're not spectacular
with golden wings
or stuff like that
they are in every lovely person around me

You are the ones who secure me
from going through hell
Thank you is not enough to tell
I would die for you all.

I hope our friendships are stronger than pain
I hope our feelings are more realistic than heaven
I hope our relationships are deeper than depression
So thank you once again
and again till infinity

ich dichte leider oft viel zu pessimistisch aber dies ist eine Danksagung an alle die mir je geholfen haben und der beweis das engel nicht nur im himmel sind

Schöööööööön! Ich finde, du kannt so etwas sehr schön schreiben! Kompliment! Auch wenn es bei mir hier und da ein Verständnisproblem beim lesen gab, habe ich es trotzdem verstanden... 🙂 die letzten Zeilen finde ich am Schönsten!
